Want to be a vendor at Taikasaari?

We are looking for a diverse range of vendors for the Taikasaari festival, including product sales, services, and food vendors.

We especially value skilled craftsmanship, Finnish-made materials and ingredients, and experiential services. In previous years, we have featured, for example, tarot card readers, a portrait artist, and face painters etc. Among food vendors, we appreciate quality and variety, and we hope to offer a wide selection ranging from tapas and full dinners to pastries and sweet treats.

Taikasaari is also a visual experience, so when allocating booth spaces we also pay attention to the visual appearance of the booth in addition to the products and services offered.

Taikasaari will take place in Hämeenlinna City Park on Saturday, September 12, from 4:00 PM to midnight. The entire event area is licensed to serve alcohol, so the event is strictly 18+. A maximum of 2,000 guests will be admitted. The age range of guests is broad, with an average age of approximately 40–50 years.

Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and lighting. The booth space includes standard electricity (lighting power), and vendors will have access to a staff rest area outside the public event area.

Prices:

Booth space 3 x 3 m incl. standard electricity: 100€ + VAT

Booth space 5 x 5 m incl. standard electricity: 130 € + VAT

Food truck / Booth space 5 x 5 m + space for a refrigerated vehicle incl. three-phase power:250 € + VAT

Please note that the booth fee will be invoiced in advance, and failure to pay will result in the space being offered to vendors on the waiting list.
